TERMS & CONDITIONS OF VEHICLE RENTAL
Driver Eligibility
Minimum driver/renter age: 18 years.
Scooters & Motorcycles
A minimum of one (1) year of riding experience on medium or large displacement motorcycles is required.
License requirements:
A1 license for scooters up to 125cc.
Category A license for larger displacement scooters.
Drivers who are non-residents of a European Union (EU) member state must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) certified for motorcycles.
Quads / ATVs / Buggies & Cars
A valid Category B car driving license is required.
Non-EU residents must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) certified for cars.
The driving license must be valid for at least one (1) year prior to the rental date.
The company reserves the right to refuse the rental if, at its discretion, the driver is deemed unsafe (e.g. lack of experience, suspected alcohol or substance use).
Licenses written in English are accepted even if an International Driving Permit is legally required, as permitted by the insurance company.
Important Notice
The company reserves the right to deny the rental, even at the last moment, and charge the full rental amount if the driver does not meet the age requirements, does not present valid documentation, or holds an expired or inappropriate license.
Minimum Rental Period
Minimum rental period: One (1) day (24 hours).
Rentals shorter than 24 hours are charged as one full day.
Taxes
Rental rates include 24% VAT and 0.5% municipal tax.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least 10 days prior to arrival in order to qualify for a refund.
Cancellation Penalties
Up to 8 days prior to arrival: No charge.
8 to 5 days prior to arrival: 50% of total rental amount charged.
Less than 5 days prior to arrival: 100% of total rental amount charged.
No-show: 100% of total rental amount charged.
No refunds are provided after the rental contract has been signed or during the rental period.
Vehicle Model Availability
The company reserves the right to replace the reserved vehicle with a similar model or cancel the reservation in case of emergency.
In case of last-minute technical issues, the company may:
Replace the vehicle with a similar one at no extra cost, or
Cancel the reservation and refund the booking amount, always in consultation with the customer.
Traffic Regulations
All traffic violations, fines, and legal consequences are the sole responsibility of the renter and must be settled with the relevant public authorities.
Insurance Coverage
Third-party liability insurance is included.
Property damage to third parties (excluding ATVs): up to €100,000.
Bodily injury to third parties: up to €500,000.
In case of an accident, the renter is responsible for the full cost of the vehicle damage, unless additional insurance coverage has been purchased.

Full Insurance (CDW): €5 / day
Super Full Insurance (SCDW): €10 / day
Deductibles
CDW – Full Insurance
Scooters: €500 – €800
ATVs: €700 – €1,500
Buggies: €800 – €2,000
Cars: €800 – €2,000
SCDW – Super Full Insurance
Scooters: €250 – €400
ATVs: €300 – €700
Buggies: €400 – €800
Cars: €400 – €800
(Amounts depend on vehicle model.)
Exclusions (Not Covered by Any Insurance)
Insurance does not cover damages resulting from:
Traffic law violations.
Negligence or improper use.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Unauthorized drivers.
Interior damages.
Loss or damage of keys.
Loss or damage of accessories (child seats, jack, safety triangle, spare wheel, fuel cap).
Engine damage due to negligence or incorrect fuel.
Off-road use or use on unsuitable roads.
Late return damages.
Wilful or reckless behavior (e.g. clutch or tire burnouts, standing/sitting on the vehicle).
Tire damage or damage to the underside of the vehicle.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with approximately ¼ tank of fuel and must be returned at the same level.
Fuel differences are charged accordingly.
No refund is provided for excess fuel.
Optional Full-to-Empty fuel option is available at an extra charge.
Mileage
Unlimited mileage applies only within Santorini Island.

Road Accidents
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately notify the company and the police.
A police report is mandatory.
Without a police report, the renter assumes full responsibility.
Ferry Transport
Ferry transport is not allowed without written authorization.
Authorization fee: €60.
Insurance coverage is not valid during ferry transport.
Vehicles driven outside Santorini are not eligible for repair or replacement.
Cross-Border Use
Vehicles may not be taken outside Greece.
Pets
Transport of pets or animals is not permitted, unless special approval is granted.
Vehicle Cleaning
Vehicles returned in excessively dirty condition will incur a €60 cleaning fee (VAT included).
